HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUGS BUNNY - 79 yrs old today... I created this promo card in 2013 for Philadelphia Wizard World Comic Con to benefit the Chuck Jones Institute. Due to a licensing problem, most of these cards were not distributed at the show... Making it extremely rare. Last I saw, this single card was going for over $200 on eBay at one point.

It started back in 1847, when postage stamps were first introduced to the American public as a means to pay for their mail.
